  • Submit your application with all supporting details via TownSQ.

  • The ACC Committee, appointed by the Board, reviews requests for compliance with community guidelines.

  • A decision may take up to 30 days from the submission date. Incomplete applications may cause delays.

What is the status of my application?
If you have not received a response within 30 days, please submit a request via TownSQ.

What am I responsible for maintaining?
Homeowners are responsible for all exterior maintenance of their property.

How do I report an issue with a neighbor’s home?
Submit a request via TownSQ, including photos and details if applicable.

When are compliance inspections done?
Compliance drivers visit bi-monthly, with additional spot inspections as needed.

Is there a list of rules for tenants?
Yes, the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are available at Goodwin & Company by searching your community name.

How do I pay my assessment?
Options include:

  1. Mail:

    HEALW – Association Name c/o Goodwin Processing Center PO Box 93447 Las Vegas, NV 89193-3447
  2. TownSQ Website/App: Log in and select “Make a Payment.” Options include one-time, recurring, or open balance payments.

    • ACH/e-check: $1 convenience fee

    • Credit/debit card: $1 + 3.5% of total payment

  3. Bank Bill Pay: Ensure your account number and association code (HBWO) are included in the memo line.

Can I pay by credit/debit card?
Yes, via TownSQ (fees apply).

When is my assessment due?
